KSP extended our deck and installed roof rafters, screened the roof and walls, added horizontal wires on all external walls and on the stairs to the ground. The workmanship was first class in every respect. The installation team was cooperative and receptive to minor “extras,” very knowledgeable, and left the site in top flight condition. The team at KSP recently completed the construction of a lanai at my residence. Despite the complexity of the design, the structure was successfully completed with skill and professionalism.

These guys were Great!!! A little slow, which was the only issue. However, In the end, it was well worth it!!! The price was very competative, the materials were top quality. Most of all, and this is a big one, the engineers & instal crew were the BEST contractors that I have worked with in almost 40 years!!! Trust me, go with these Guys!!!!!

Jimmy and the crew from KSP did a great job on our pool cage and gutter replacement. Once everything went through permitting,was a pretty quick installation but also very high quality work.
